I’m Deepa, I have joined the class after seeing the result for one of my friend who lost 12.5 kgs in 3 months. Prior to joining, i have no interest in doing exercises. I felt that i may not be able to do the exercise so hard as i’m so weak(Calcium deficiency)…
First day, i went to the class and lost consciousness for 4 to 5 times during the class.. It was tough to continue the classes in initial days, but i never gave up, because no one else is going to do it for me..
Later on, i have improved so much that i can lift 10 kgs weights in each hand without hesitation. Now i’m so flexible that i can do most of the exercises easily. I have lost 14.0 kgs and great inch loss(6) within 2.5 months.
Now i can say i have gained so much of stamina and strength as well.
Unlike gym, we don’t use any machinery for fitness. Every exercise is different and we have 7 days with 7 different programs..
