Group Training Sessions

Leonas Provides Group training sessions for different Aerobics and Anaerobic programs. In each group 10 to 15 members will be allowed. and used to train up Fit ball Aerobics, Medicine ball Aerobics, Cardio Workouts, Aerobics with Music, Kettlebell workouts, And as well as Cardio-Zumba.
